Privacy

Den keeps a copy of the household log on this device so the app still works offline. If you sign in, we also store that log on our servers so it follows you to another phone and so people you invite can share it.

What we store when you sign in

Account identity from Google or X (name, email, profile image), Den Pro status, and the household log: pet profiles, photos, medications, care events, appointments, papers, household name, and invite membership. Sign out does not delete the server copy. Start over on this device only clears the local copy.

If you start Den Pro, Stripe collects payment details on Stripe’s checkout page. We do not see your full card number. Stripe bills the card on file after the 7-day trial unless you cancel.

Photos and papers

Pictures you add — a pet portrait or a photo of a vaccine certificate — are stored with the household log. Clearing the site data, or using Start over in Settings, removes the local copy. The signed-in server copy remains until you ask us to delete the account.

Household invite

An invite code lets another signed-in person join the same household log on their own phone. Do not put medical records in a screenshot you post publicly.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the browser may show dose and visit alerts. Permission is optional. Den does not use that permission to message you about anything else.

Fonts

The app loads Figtree and Fraunces from Google Fonts. Google may see that request as it would for any site using those fonts.

Children

Den is meant for adults caring for pets. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If Den later moves photos to a dedicated file host, this policy will change before that happens. The date at the top is the current version.
